Hot Water Extraction

Joe uses Hot Water Extraction to clean deep down into your carpet, removing sand, soil, body oil, grease and petroleum tracked in on shoe bottoms, kitchen grease and animal fats from frying meat, spills, spots, stains, pet stains and odors, pollutants, allergens and bacteria.

Very Low Moisture (VLM) Encapsulation

This is the method we use to perform “appearance”, or maintenance, carpet cleaning. This is for in-between deep cleanings or for commercial clients that need carpet dry in a very short timeframe due to having to be open and ready for customer/public foot traffic at a certain hour. This method makes the carpet look great without deep hot water extraction cleaning and hours long drying times.
